Participants spoke on their positive experiences through the program, including learning artistic techniques of acrylic flow, using art silicone, and understanding the meaning behind shapes and textures. Participants also spoke on how the program has led to reduced stress levels, increased energy, and has improved overall wellness though building community and cultural connection. Weekly art workshops have been led and taught by Lauren Aldred (Part-Time Counsellor, CNC & HARC Advisory Committee), and Kim Sebastian (Artist, Frog clan, McLeod and Hagwilget).
