Join the H.E.A.L Journal Club

HARC is launching a pilot journal club to foster a supportive learning community for participants to unleash their creativity & critical thinking while being introduced to the Hearts-based Education and Anticolonial Learning (H.E.A.L) curriculum.
H.E.A.L is an online open access repository of arts-based anti-oppression/anti-colonial teaching tools for use in Health Education.
In the journal club, participants will access, test out, and discuss arts-based resources that offer healthcare students, instructors, and providers ways to understand and address systemic oppression in practice. We invite your participation in the club and feedback on the resources to help maximize the impact and utility of the H.E.A.L. curriculum.
Four online and free sessions will run every other Wednesday from 10:00am -11:00am PST during April and May, 2024. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. See the poster attached for more information.
